Refund Policy

I want every reader to be glad they bought a book. If a purchase does not meet your expectations, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it.

How to ask for a refund

Use the contact form with the email address you used at checkout and the name of the book. You do not need to give a reason, though feedback is always welcome.

How it is processed

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card, the money usually appears within 5–10 working days.

Licences for schools and organisations

Institutional licences can be refunded within 14 days if the files have not yet been distributed to staff or students.

Duplicate or mistaken purchases

If you bought the same book twice by mistake, or bought a single book and then the set, contact me and I will refund the difference.
